Can I pick up my order?
We have a store located at 5770 Bank Street where you may pick up your order or shop in person. The store phone number is 613-821-9739. You can message our Facebook page.
How long will my order take?
We typically have orders ready within 24 hours. Please contact us if you require a specific time frame, and we can see if we can accommodate. Orders are shipped out within the same time frame, except possibly on weekends. We are human, and occasionally are unable to meet these deadlines. We will do our best to keep you informed if there is going to be a delay.
Additionally, we do not have control over shipping times once the package is with Canada Post, or a courier.
What size is my vinyl?
All vinyl is cut +/- 1/4". Siser heat transfer vinyl has a standard measurement of 14.75" and 19.75" for glitters.
Oracal is 12" in height. There are a few exceptions to these average heights, but they should be reflected in the listings.
Our fabric is cut in continuous lengths unless otherwise specified. It is new from a bolt, and has not been pre-washed.
RETURNS AND RESTOCKING
There will be a restocking fee of 15% if you change your mind after you have picked up or received your order. You are welcome to return your items in the same condition that they were received at your expense, but it will incur this charge to restock. This helps to cover our costs of shipping and packaging, especially in the case of the free shipping offers.
Please notify us about any issue within 48 hours of receiving your products, or we will assume that everything is okay with the order.
With the addition of the Brick and Mortar store location, items will occasionally sell out in store while they are being sold online. If we are unable to fulfill the entire online order, we will move forward with the in stock quantities. Concerning the remaining items, we will notify you when the products come back into stock. Any out-of-stock items will be refunded.
Please let us know if it is an all or nothing situation.
