Shipping policy

We reserve the right to use courier services in place of Canada Post where the posted delivery times are in keeping with the regular postage times.   If you wish to have a certain carrier used for your shipping package, please add a note to your order, or call us at the store to verify.   We have daily pickups from a number of the courier services and have found that the couriers are typically faster and more reliable than the Canada Post timelines.   No carrier, including Canada Post will guarantee their delivery times, especially during holiday or peak periods.   Once we have filled the order and added tracking, we have no control over the delivery times, but if you are experiencing a delay, please notify us and we will follow us with the companies. 

with flat rate shipping, and free shipping, we will choose the carrier, if you choose to order expedited, it may not be with canada post unless there are significant advantagous time frames .  within Ontario, the majority of our carriers are next day delivery.   we do see the occasional exception to this .  

There are no refunds on shipping charges with respect to returned items, or delays during holiday/peak periods. if you experience  an issue, please contact us.
