This kit for making your own welcome sign includes a 12 “ round along with all the pieces to add your desing to the front.   
includes all pieces as shown , cut from 1/4 inch birch 

ready to be stained, painted or finished however you wish.  
laser cut so will have some minor smoke marks but they do not affect the quality of the wood .
