Cut from Cast acrylic in 3mm thick, they are stable enough for multi use . 

Size is measured just of the round part, not including the stand. 

available in 4" or 5" and can be ordered in additional sizes as requested.

4" measures approximately 6.5 total inches to bottom of stake.
